CONDITION :
SLEEVE - FRONT : Superb! ..not a mark in sight..laminate lovely and tight: EX+
SLEEVE - REAR: faint ringwear at the top and a small $ sign top left, otherwise Superb: EX
SPINE / EDGES: a couple of tiny bits of wear on the tope edge and very light storage wear at the corners, otherwise Superb...spine nice and tight and lettering lovely and clear..opening lovely and sharp: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful!...looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen' : EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO : one ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed....beautiful!: EX
LABELS: very light spindle marking, otherwise Superb : EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
