THE PRETTY Things had of course made their mark in the sixties as a poor man's Rolling Stones for whom they would always play second fiddle. Despite the fact they pretty much recorded the first ever concept album (beating the Who by several months) and had been hailed as freak-beat pioneers the band's following would never expand beyond a 'selective' few.

This is their third album - presented in glorious Mono and all the better for it. A great statement and a brilliant period piece. An original 1st pressing.

Cover: Again, only minimal signs of use. Front laminated with rear flip-backs. Sharp corners (slightly rubbed), no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Rear unlaminated panel is very clean - the number 14 is written top right in biro. Firm stiff and uncrushed spine. Grades as Ex
