Description
PRETTY THINGS - S. F. SORROW. Rare first pressing from the UK. Much rarer stereo issue. Black and blue label. Stamped matrix numbers (Side one: "YAX 3738-1" and Side 2 "YAX 3739-1 "). Columbia SCX 6306.
Stunning psychedelic rock record, definitely the best of the Pretties.
Condition of record: very good-. Record does have light scuffs and surface scratches, plays with light surface noise and some light clicks in places, but no skips or repeats and it still sounds great on my turntable. Still a very enjoyable copy.
Condition of cover: good+. Some ringwear, corners and edges slightly worn, but no seamsplit. Still in nice condition.
Condition of labels: very good. Some very light spindle marks, spindle hole is a tiny bit worn, but no writing or any other damages. Great.
Strict grading: mint/mint-/excellent/very good+/very good/very good-/good+/good/good-/worn/poor. (NO mint-- or excellent+ or very good++ or anything like that!!) A record that is graded mint/mint looks new and play without any (!) deterioration in sound. A record graded good/good is still enjoyable and has no serious defects. Records that are manipulated on ("buffed" records) are graded as worn in the best case!
