Description
PRETTY THINGS S.F. SF Sorrow UK 1st Press STEREO Columbia Psych LP
This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks
Details:- From my own personal collection - PRETTY THINGS: S.F. Sorrow, UK Columbia 1968 1st UK pressing, Stereo, SCX 6306. MEGA RARE CLASSIC UK 60s PSYCH. Comes with original 1968 UK EMI advertising inner. 1st press -1, -1 matrixes. 1 G, 1 G mothers/stampers.
Vinyl Condition:- EX Nice condition, a lightly played record with sound quality as good as the day it was pressed, superb. Gleaming vinyl with one or two light non-audible surface hairlines that can only be seen when the record is viewed at an angle under bright light. This record has been fully test played before this auction
Sleeve Condition:- EX. Also in nice condition. Front is clean with good shine on the laminate. Back is also clear with just a little rubbing in the laminate around some parts of the rim. There's some very minor small feathered creases in the laminate down the spine. Tiny amount of wear on the corners. The spine is crisp and fully readable and the inside of the gatefold is clean with and unmarked
Label Condition:- The labels have only two or three light spindle marks so a good indication of very light play. Due to the fact one side has a little residue from a sticker means I must grade VG rather than the EX+ they would have been
This record seldom comes up for sale. Don't miss your chance!
I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide. Check out my other rare UK prog + psych vinyls!
ALL MY ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE ON RETURN IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM
Grading Abbreviations
Grading below is as stated from UK Record Collector. I also use +/- for records that fall somewhere between a grade
MINT: I only used this grade for new or unplayed records. I use the grade NEAR MINT
If a record has been played, even if the condition of the record and sleeve is perfect.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
