Description
This is a quite rare pre-war blues 78 on the Superior label (made in Richmond IN by the Gennett company) - 2 pseudonymous female vocalists doing some heavy, double-entendre "dirty blues" with piano and guitar accompaniment. On one side is "Lucille Brown" (actually Clara Burston) doing "Can't Get Enough", recorded Sep 4, 1930. The other side has "Bessie Jones" (Lena Matlock) doing "Stop Bitin' Other Women in the Back", recorded Aug 30, 1930 and was the only song she ever recorded. The record is in very good condition for its age, slight to moderate surface noise and no skips. There are only a couple of superficial scratches not affecting play, the music cuts through nicely.

On Jul-11-06 at 20:24:03 PDT, seller added the following information: It was suggested that I show the playing surface of the record, while not a large pic, the added scan shows a few superficial light scratches, again these do not affect play.
