Up for sale are the Complete Symphonies of Joseph Haydn on vinyl with Antal Dorati conducting the Philharmonia Hungarica, on the British London ffrr label

TRANSLATED FROM A REVIEW BY “RADIO-FRANCE:

“If this set is so significant, it did when it was released in 1972 and still continues without any doubt to integrate Haydn’s symphonies in the Pantheon of great musical works.”

This collector’s item consists of 48 vinyls containing the symphonies in 10 Volume sets. One of the sets contains Appendices on 2 vinyls.

The discs were played with top of the line turntables and cartridges. They are all in like new condition. These discs have no finger marks and you won’t find a surface scratch on any. Some were played a few times and many were not played at all.

NOTE: Volumes 6 & 8 are still factory sealed.

Paper sleeves: NM/Near Mint except for a few which have very good aesthetics

Booklets: NM without any pen or pencil writing

Volume Covers: Most are close to perfect with only minor signs of wear. Only a few would need slight reinforcement of edges
