I VISUALLY GRADE RECORDS USING THE GOLDMINE STANDARDS.  I WILL TRY AND AUDIO GRADE MY RECORDS IF TIME ALLOWS. I WILL EITHER AUDIO GRADE THE ENTIRE RECORD OR PARTS THAT MAY BE SCUFFED OR LIGHTLY SCRATCHED, CHECKING FOR POPS, SKIPS OR ANY OTHER UNPLEASANT SOUNDS ON THE RECORD. MY GOAL IS TO ASSURE THE RECORD I AM SELLING IS PLEASANT TO LISTEN TO. I WILL SPECIFY IF RECORD HAS BEEN SOUND GRADED.

SHIPPING, SALE AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING AND PACKING:

There is a 50 cent Packing and Handling fee for 45’s and a $1.00 Packing and Handling fee for LP’s and 12” EP or singles. These fees go towards quality LP and 45 mailers, stiffeners, new plastic LP and/or 45 sleeves and a new temporary inner sleeve so as to avoid seam splits in the original inner sleeve during transport. I always take time and effort to make sure your records are shipped properly and you receive them in the same condition in which they have been advertised.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

If you order multiple items, I will combine shipping, but you must let me know that you will be bidding on multiple items, especially when not all auctions are ending the same day. That way I can wait until all of your bidding is finished to send you a combined invoice with adjusted shipping costs. Please do not pay before you receive an invoice from me. Insurance is always recommended but only required on amounts greater than $100.00. We will not be responsible for uninsured lost or damaged items.

Product will be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment. If the day after receiving payment falls on a U.S. holiday, product will ship the day after the holiday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Items can be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (The most affordable method), only if buyer has 10 transactions as a buyer and no more than 1 negative feedback in the last 6 months. We are Not responsible for arrival times, lost and/or damaged items that were shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. If you have less than 10 buyer transactions, your items must be shipped USPS Express International Mail because it will be automatically insured. Insurance is REQUIRED on all USPS Express International shipping when a purchase price exceeds $100.00. If you order multiple items, I will combine shipping for you, but you must notify me that you will be bidding on multiple items, especially when not all auctions end on the same day.

As for the moment, I am only excepting payments through PAYPAL. All payments must be received NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER AUCTIONS END. I will contact you on the sixth day if I have not received payment. If I do not here from you on the seventh day, I will re-list the item you won.

Things happen. Sometimes buyers unintentionally forget and sellers can occasionally overlook something. Regardless the situation, let’s always talk about it first. It is surprising how cooperative people can be when folks are upfront and honest about their situation. I am not a giant corporation. I make myself easily accessible to all my customers.
