Description
This is an auction for Prince Buster single- Thirty Pieces Of Silver / Everybody Ska.
Released on Blue Beat Records in 1964 and has catalogue number BB248. Record collector 2006 has this listed with different B Side " The National Dance " and only on Stateside in the same year was this B-Side seen. The release by Stateside in 1964 had " 30 Pieces Of Silver " on the A-Side but this of course was released with the number 30 instead of having the spelling of Thirty.
So this release is as yet unseen making it a very rare find indeed or quite simply Record Collector 2006 has it wrong, I do not have another copy so can not say for certain which is the case. Please send me an Email if you know of this release and i can update this listing.
In any case this already rare single comes in Very Good condition. Both labels are fine, The vinyl does have some very light surface marks which are non-audible. It needs a good clean but plays fine with only a couple of tiny crackles, these may disapear once cleaned. This record is graded at Very Good.
