AUCTION IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR VARIOUS CHILDREN’S CHARITIES
You are bidding on a ONE OF A KIND, collectors item. This is a picture disk 45 signed by Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The record has NEVER been played or TOUCHED, the autographs are actually on the plastic sleeve and not the record. This keeps the record MINT and EXTREMELY valuable, I don’t believe there is another one like it ANYWHERE!
I worked in the record business (A & M Records) from 1977 to 1984 and had this picture disk in my collection. Back in the early 80’s I sent the picture disk to our office in England to have it signed by both parties (I wish I was present to see it, it would have been very memorable). I have slowly started to sell off my picture disk collection to raise money for children’s charities and the hurricane victims. I feel I have way more than some of the unfortunate people and their stories have touched my heart. Actually it all started with watching Extreme Home Makeovers and Three Wishes……….just makes me feel that I was not doing enough. I only hope that people on ebay want to help out as much as I do.
As you can see by the pictures the front of the 45 is a picture of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The back is a picture of the flag of Great Britain. The songs on the 45 are: side one is “Hey Diana (The Wedding Song), side two is “Together Today”. The actual date on the picture disk is 1981.
