You are looking at a Prince Original LP titled “Controversy,” 1981 Warner Brothers Records, Inc. There would be more information on Prince here but a musical genius such as Prince requires no introduction!

The cover is in good condition with some wear and tear.
The record is in pretty good condition with very minor wear. I couldn’t find any visible scratches on this record or anything visibly wrong with it.
I didn’t get to play this record as of the time of this writing but I will test it before shipping it.
I’m not a record grader, so I won’t be providing any grading, please look at the images and above description for conditions.
