RETURNS POLICY FOR SEALED/UNOPENED, VINTAGE ITEMS

Unopened, unused, out-of-print records (LPs, CDs, etc.) are NOT being sold as playing copies. They are sold as collectibles under the assumption that purchasers intend to keep them sealed/unopened.  Opening and handling changes the intrinsic nature of these items, making them much more common and less valuable to serious collectors, no matter how good the condition of the disc or packaging may still be. My sealed/unopened records are described to the best of my knowledge and ability. They are sold on an "as is" basis, with their premium price based on their scarcity value, and no warranties expressed or implied. Although rare occurrences, I cannot be responsible for concealed damage, pressing defects, warps or any other factory errors, since these items are no longer returnable to the original distributor. Therefore, I accept NO RETURNS of opened or otherwise used product UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
