COVER AND DISC ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. ALTHOUGH I AM NOT GOOD TO RATE RECORDS, I CAN SAY THAT THE SURFACE OF THE VINYL SHOWS MINOR SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN USED, ONLY VISIBLE IF YOU FIND THE RIGHT ANGLE OF THE LIGHT TO HIT THE DISC.  FOR MY HUMBLE OPINION, THE DISC IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE.

I am sorry, but I cannot accept returns or make adjustments on sales of CDs or LPs.  All the CDs and vinyls I sell on eBay are from our own personal careful collection. They have been always in a free-smoke environment. It has never been played on a car or any other risky CD player. I know them to be free of any defects when shipped unless we note otherwise in our ad.  I will tell you in our ad if there are any defects of any kind to the CD, the case, or paperwork.  As you might guess, we’ve had some returns with no defects of any kind.  It’s a near certainty that the buyer simply made a copy and is now trying to recoup his/her purchase price.  Thanks for your understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to a recent problem with a buyer, I want to let you know that I do not rate CDs or LPs in accordance to any record collector association or guide. My rate is what I see. I have been a very careful collector my whole file. My CDs work and if I note that something is damaged, broken, or with something that can be considered a defect, I am going to let you know. If the scratches are minimum or something that you only see with a magnifier, for me that it is not a damage. I don’t not qualify or rate CDs by MINT, MINT-, VERY GOOD, GOOD+, etc. My CDs are all good shape because they play with no problem and they have been always treated carefully. If you are a super picky collector that consider a problem things like: almost non-visible scratches, inserts or booklets that may denote the age (although treated carefully and not broken or ripped off and in good shape), sorry but please do not bid. I don’t want to disappoint any buyer. It is not my intention to cheat or have sad buyers. I care a lot my feedback and I have always tried to sell my items as they are. I appreciate your comprehension.
