I am not sure this is a first European pressing of his classic album, as I bought this when it came out and I don't think there was an A1, B1 commercial pressing. Please check the matrix numbers I've given, which are on the runout of the vinyl, if this is important to you. Although I have listed this record as excellent, I think it sounds closer to near mint. Under a bright light I can see a couple of faint lines on both sides, which don't affect play at all. There is also a small red spot in the lead-in on side 2 which I have never noticed before. It doesn't affect play. There may have been the odd light click here and there, but no scratches, sticks, jumps, warps or distortion: an excellent pressing. The cover is in excellent condition with a nice solid, readable spine, with no marks or writing. It does have some crease lines on the top right-hand corner (see close-up picture). On the back bottom corner there is an embossed 'W'. I have been told there were some issued with a poster. This one never came with a poster. The "WINNER' label is an added label pasted over the bottom label The labels are spotless with no spindle lines I could see. The printed lyric inner sleeve has a poly liner and is in very good, clean condition with no splits or tears but has been creased on one corner (please see pictures). If sold, I will post this as a Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.
