PRINCE & THE REVOLUTION ‘Girls & Boys’ / ‘Under the Cherry Moon’ 7" Special Limited Edition Shaped Vinyl Picture Disc Single in Original Stickered PVC Sleeve (Paisley Park, UK Release, Cat N° W8586P) – RARE


This special limited edition single—which takes the form of a picture disc cut in a complex geometric shape with both straight and curved sides reminiscent of Prince’s trademark symbol of seven years later which extends well beyond the confines of a 7" single—rarely comes up for sale in the U.S.


Vinyl (reportedly unplayed) looks to be in Near Mint or better condition. Original PVC sleeve—which shows some ringwear and stretch marks commensurate with its age and has one creased corner—is in Very Good or better condition. Affixed to the upper right corner of the obverse of the sleeve are the remains of the original round white sticker (largely obliterated) identifying this as a special limited edition along with the catalogue number.
