Great addition to your Prince collection !!!

From my research, of which very limited information seems to be available, this is a 12" single, the other side of the vinyl does not have grooves, Prince made to hand out as a promotion for his "Gett Off" album being released at a later date.  The label on the record is blank.  This unopened album is in excellent condition; the edges are straight and the plastic is not torn. Due to its age the white jacket has yellowed slightly. Back of the jacket is plain white. Based on my experience, I believe this to be a rare single but am not sure.  Playing time is "Damn Near 10 Minutes"
