Grading Guide
Grades are visual only, unless otherwise stated or soundfile is offered. We select only records that visually appear to be in EX/NM/MINT condition (unless highly collectable). Our 'EX' grade under a normal house light may often appear to look NM with undetectable hairlines at a first quick look. Records with feelable marks are not listed unless noted.
NM/MINT
Record will look factory-new, to the best of our visibility no hairlines/spindle marks will be present. Cover will look like-new.
NM
Record will look like-new at first quick look, on closer inspection under a bright light we will allow a small very faint hairline or two. As the name Near Mint implies, not perfect, but very very close.
EX
Record may have a more visible hairlines to be seen under bright light, a few faint inner sleeve marks will be allowed. Cover will have very light storage wear.
VG+
Record will have more visible lines noticable on first look, cover may feel a little more used, a noticable crease etc. We generally only use this grade for covers or collectable records.
Postage & Packaging
We take our packaging seriously.
All records are shipped in new resealable archive sleeves. We will very quickly clean records on a vacuum cleaning machine to remove dust and supply them in new inner sleeves. Original sleeves will be supplied.
Records are shippied in stiff card record mailers made with oversized corners to prevent corner damage.
We have a lot of experience sending large orders overseas.
Our shipping rates are at actual cost, not inflated, and always tracked.
We will always work to find the best cost effective method of shipping large overseas's orders without compromising speed/quality of service.
IMPORTANT. Please wait for an invoice if you order more than 1 record. We will always combine/package orders together to reduce shipping.
We can send any amount of records within the UK for £4.55 via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, or DPD Courier for orders over 2KG (aprx 6 records).
