*PRISTINE* BEATLES 1971 TAN LABEL 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT' IN FULL SHRINK UAS-6366 WITH 4 RARE ERRORS IN IMPECCABLE PRISTINE MINT CONDITION
What makes this particular LP amazing on the rare tan label, as it has ALL 4 rare mistakes: Back cover mistakenly lists 'I'll Cry Instead' as 'I Cry Instead' and the record label should have 'Tell Me Why' listed, but instead it's erroneously listed as 'Tell Me Who' !! In addition, it lists ALUN OWEN as the film company and United Artists as the screenwriter, when in reality, those facts are reversed !! So very rare to find these four major errors on the same spectacular cover !! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This 1971 A Hard Day's Night pressing tan-label copy of the LP mistakenly reversed two of the credits on the back cover, instead showing Alun Owen as the film company and United Artists as the screenwriter, when it should be the reverse.
Most of these error copies either have the 2 song errors OR the 2 credits errors, but very few have ALL FOUR ERRORS !!
This amazing treasure rarely, if ever, comes along in this incredible condition !! The shrink is as tight as it can possible be. NO splits, NO tears, NO rips !!
NO writing on the cover, NO price stickers, NO glue residue and NO seam splits !! The record labels and clean with NO writing, NO names or initials, NO rips.
The colors are still incredibly vibrant and the corners are absolutely super sharp
The LP shows as new, appearing to never having a needle on it. NO scratches ! Even the original inner sleeve is pristine mint with NO seam splits or creases !!
This is the nicest un sealed Beatles LP I have ever had in my 40+ collection !! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error Notes:
Tan label with "The Beatles". "Tell Me Why" spelled correctly on back cover, but incorrectly as "Tell Me Who" on the label. Track A3 correctly titled "I'll Cry Instead" on the label, but incorrectly as "I Cry Instead" on the back cover.
On the back cover concerning the publishing credits, "Released Thru" Alun Owen and "Screenplay by" United Artists are major rare errors. Obviously, Mr. Owen was the screen writer and the album was indeed released thru United Artists. Both erroneously reversed !! These errors were quickly noticed and immediately corrected ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Track A2 'Tell Me Who' is on the label, but not on the back cover, when it should be 'Tell Me Why'.
-Track A3 is listed as "I Cry Instead" on the back cover, but not on the label, should be 'I'll Cry Instead'.
