VERSYLUS - "Versylus" 1982 LP on Why Me? Productions DM-82049. Unknown Brilliant All Original US Progressive with the Full On Peter Gabriel Era GENESIS sound with a touch of YES and a dash of FLOYD! If this group were Italian you'd be crapping your pants! Good production as well so you can tell these guys had been putting it together since the 70's! Might as well be 1972 not '82!! No Mellotron unfortunately, but nice Rhodes and Synths! Very Epic Sounding and Classical Influenced. A few strange time signatures, tasteful guitar leads, and only one track that seems to be going for AOR or maybe an FM Radio hit! Seven Tracks In all: "See You Soon", "Are You Still There?", "Moving Faster", "Turning Right Around", "Waiting For The Sun", "Scat", and "Diagnosis".

This Local Micro Press Private LP is in Nice VG++ / Near Mint- Condition; comes in a plain white 12" sleeve, it appears to have been issued with no cover.
