Here is your chance to buy a great and MEGA RARE album by BEV PEGG (the frontman from BRINDLEY BRAE, and also a backing musician on CLIFFORD T WARDS ALBUMS) which is titled "THE FOUNDRY DITTY AND THE INDUSTRIAL AIR" and is an original release of the album from 1980. This is the original 1st and only release of the album on the PRIVATE PRESS MEGA RARE AND COLLECTABLE BEAUJANGLE RECORD label (DB 0008). There was only ever 500 copies of this album produced (OF WHICH 150 WERE DESTROYED BY BEV PEGG HIMSELF) and it is highly sought after now by record collectors because there were. IF YOU LIKE FOLK MUSIC OF ANY KIND, FOLK SINGER-SONGWRITERS, TRADITIONAL FOLK, INDUSTRIAL FOLK, PSYCH-FOLK, YOU WILL REALLY LIKE THIS ALBUM.
I DO HAVE OTHER MEGA RARE LPS FEATURING BEV PEGG CALLED "AWAY FROM THE SAND" AND "NOSTALGIA IS A THING OF THE PAST" AND "BRINDLEY BRAE" SO IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN THESE PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL TRY AND LIST THEM ON EBAY NEXT.
The album contains 12 great tracks.
The vinyl is in EX++/MINT- condition it has never been taken out of the sleeve before it is in as nice a condition as the day it was made. It is in lovely condition BUT as this is a private pressing made in a home studio the vinyl has a few light surface marks visible under bright light.
The sleeve is in EX++/MINT- condition and is in nearly as good as the day it was made over 30 years ago. This is by far the best condition copy of this sleeve you will ever find as this has been stored carefully for over 30 years and never playe. THIS IS A MINT UNPLAYED LP THAT HAS BEEN KEPT IN STORAGE SINCE IT WAS MADE AND NEVER PLAYED.
