- Mid-1970s private micro-label release on PU-VI RECORDS (P-006 -- CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, US).
- VINYL: Vinyl is visually FAIR to VG- (lots of hairline scratches on each side...more so on SIDE 2 -- also, scuff wear on each side especially in the outer deadwax area) -- disc plays with light static/light surface noise and some ticks throughout.
- LABELS: Labels are VG- (with wear, writing, and a sticker on SIDE 2).
