on the sidney records label, red label with black print, original 1st pressing, stereo pressing, from 1974.  10 tracks:  today is the first day;  trade winds;  rain sometimes;  lady day & john coltrane;  that's all right with me;  he's come back;  too soon you're old;  slow hot wind;  what's goin' on;  amazing grace.  produced and arranged by ray tabs (whose 2lp set i now have up for sale as well).  strings arranged and conducted by richard evans.   those of you that follow my auctions know that i do not normally use the reserve feature on ebay, but there is a modest one on this lp due to condition and rarity.  matte cover is strong VG+, has some rub wear on front and back cover, and a very slight bend at top center.  vinyl is strong VG+, with just a couple very light paper scuffs....also has some pressing bubbles, more like indentations, pretty common with this lp, they do not affect play.  vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI.   check my other auctions this week for many more great punk, psych, private,  prog,  folk,  xian,  funk,  soul, northern,  hip hop,  jazz & other miscellaneous freak-outs........my largest auction to date, lots of great stuff this week, buy a bunch and save on shipping. 


while i strive to keep my ebay sales fun and hassle free, i do have a couple new rules, due to some non-paying bidders from my previous round of auctions:  i will not accept paypal from those of you with non-confirmed addresses (which is easy to do on paypal, and makes the transaction safer for both buyer and seller), and i will not accept bids from those with zero feedback.....sorry, no exceptions.  thanks in advance for your understanding.  as always, i will not end auctions early, please don't even bother to ask.  



aall records are original pressings unless noted....i do not sell current reissues. please ask any questions early, as i am not always by my computer near the end of auctions. buyer pays shipping. all records are shipped in dedicated record mailers, with cardboard inserts.   paypal is the only accepted form of payment at this time, ebay has gotten rid of my ability to accept money orders.
  

i have to state that i will ship for $4.00 according to new ebay rules, but i do not like to use media rate, or first class domestic either.....both take far too long, and items have sometimes gone missing as well.  if you absolutely have to save $3.00 on shipping, then that is what you'll get, media rate for $4.00, including delivery confirmation.   to me, as a seller, it takes too long, and i end up with too many questions as to where your record is, and when did i ship it?, etc.     i prefer priority shipping within the US, and the cost is $7.00,  including delivery confirmation.  first class airmail shipping to CANADA is $7.00. first class airmail shipping to EUROPE, JAPAN & AUSTRALIA is $14.00.   I DO NOT SHIP to SOUTH AMERICA or MEXICO at this time.  payment is expected within 10 days of auction end. thanks for looking, and good luck.
