This is the original UK LP by PROCOL HARUM, SALTY DOG, 1969 Stereo 1st Press on the REGAL ZONOPHONE label SLRZ 1009.
Matrix numbers are:- Side 1:- YCARX 57-1 , Side 2:- 1 / YCARX 58-1
Stamper Codes are:- Side 1:- 1 / H, Side 2:- 1 / GD
The original 1969 1st issue fully laminated cover is in VG+++ condition, lovely and clean, maintaining all its original bright vibrant cover. The spine is solid and perfectly readable. Their is no unwanted writing. Some lamination creasing in places.
The vinyl is in VG+++ condition, gleaming with all its original shine and lustre.
The vinyl plays superbly, EX+++, playing with sumptuous warm rich depth. SUPERB SHARP STEREO SOUND!. Only a few light clicks to be heard at the end of 'A SALTY DOG', NO jumping, NO sticking, plays through perfectly with no problems. Only a hint of crackle to be heard on that track, does NOT spoil the listening experience.
The label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, no unwanted writing, no stains, spindle hole shows minimal wear
The vinyl is housed in its original UK 1969 inner sleeve and in VG+++ condition, no seam splits and no unwanted writing, ageing in places.
