THIS WEEK I AM LISTING 300+ PROMO 78'S THAT CAME FROM A RADIO STATION IN PITTSBURGH, PA. THEY ARE ALL IN THE HEAVY GREEN SLEEVES THAT RADIO STATIONS USED.
PLEASE READ BELOW HOW I GRADE RECORDS.
RECORD GRADING:  I conservatively grade ONLY the visual aspects of the record, since I do not have a 78 rpm needle. I include close-up pictures of the labels, so you can get a clear understanding of what each side of the label looks like and will be able to see any blemishes, drill holes, etc. That is why I say, "See Pics" beside the "Label Condition." However, I do NOT give a grade to the label.
VISUAL VINYL CONDITION:  E- (78)  Still shiny with some light scratches. 
LABEL CONDITION:  See Pics.
VISUAL GRADING CHART:
N (78)  As new and unplayed 

N- (78)  Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.

E+ (78)  Plays like new, with very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.

E (78)  Still very shiny, near new looking, with a few scuffs and scratches.

E- (78)  Still shiny with some light scratches.  

V+ (78)  Scuffs and scratches with general use has dulled the finish somewhat, but still has some shine. Wear is moderate.

V (78)  Quite a few scratches throughout, but still very playable. Still has some shine.

V- (78)  Quite playable still, but distortion and heavy greying in loud passages. 

G+ (78). Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.

G (78). Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise.

G- (78). Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.

F (78). Most of music remains audible over surface noise, but listening now uncomfortable.

P (78). Unplayable.
