HER FIST RECORD IS A GREAT ONE, PROMO JUDEE SILL, a FOLK/PSYCH POP/ROCK LP, SELF TITLED, WITH INSERT, GATEFOLD on Asylum Records, SD 5050 1971, Stereo. . All titles written by Judee, "May You Savor Each Word Like a Raspberry" one of the background voices is Rita Coolidge. Inside gate fold are the titles and words to each song along with the credits Insert provides additional info on the songs,and does critique her sound and perfomance. Best song on the album, produced by Graham Nash is Jesus was a crossmaker. The album/sleeve is VG with a bit of edge,corner and ring wear. Inside gate fold is ring wear and a few stains and back shows a crease ot two with small seam split of 1" at top right. The record is a G. There are scuffs, mars and tiny scratches that do result in some static, and frankly more than there should be. The clarity of her voice and music is at times slightly disappointing. I expected this original press/promo to be much better than it was. Still, I don't want to scare you away from the awesome talent and attribute some of these problems to the age and perhaps the manufacture of the LP
