Long-time music loving vinyl/memorabilia hound here. Grading is very strict & satisfaction is guaranteed, bid/buy with confidence. All non-sealed vinyl has been cleaned, all records are graded both aurally and visually. I use NEAR MINT- to NEAR MINT (my highest grade)/EX/VG, w/ +/- variables. Yes, I combine shipping. No excessive shipping or 'handling' charges - buyer will pay approximately what the USPS charges me for shipping, give or take a bit. If I overcharge you excessively for shipping, you will be reimbursed the overage. All U.S. packages are shipped via media mail, unless buyer requests otherwise.

Kansas City Slickers LP - THE LEOPARDS (Moon 300)
Original 1977 U.S. stereo LP. Wonderful The Kinks meets Ian Whitcomb/ragtime sound from this now semi-legendary local Kansas City, KS combo of outcasts. This is the FIRST, FIRST pressing too, as distinguished by the pressing plant cover error: 1ST PRESSINGS MISTAKENLY HAD THE LP SLICKS REVERSED, W/ THE BACK PASTED ON THE FRONT & VICE VERSA. The 2nd pressing corrected this, so every Moon pressing that has the 'song titles in box' slick on the front is the BONA FIDE 1st press.
In addition, this copy includes a near impossible to find THE LEOPARDS promotional-only press kit. Printed in ridiculously tiny amounts, these were sent to radio stations & music critics by the band at the time of the LP release. Extremely doubtful that very many of these have survived over the past 4 decades.
Disc = NEAR MINT- (HIGH GLOSS - SIMPLY BRILLIANT vinyl; looks/sounds ASTONISHING!, no doubt played less than a handful of times; an UTTERLY DELICIOUS listen)
Cover = see pix; NO ring or general WEAR to be found on front or back; tiniest of tiny wear along front right edge & back left edge; tiny, faint diagonal crack in front lower right corner; lite browning on the edges; 1 tiny chip + slight curling on top seam; small chip in right corner of bottom seam; lite waviness to cover, probably due to previous owner keeping original shrink on it for decades - waviness can undoubtedly be removed by keeping heavy weight on it for a period of time; an AWESOME looking cover!; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; A-1, w/ NO - NONE, ZERO - spindle marks to be seen
Promo Kit = see pix; bottom right corner of cover is MIA, having been torn off; small writing on front + lite creasing & spotting on front & back; insides = A-OK, w/ some parts underlined in red, probably done by one of the band members before sending it out
