White Label Promotional 45 RPM Vinyl Record by Perry Como
In an RCA Victor original sleeve (damaged-see photo), which is within an outer sleeve that  apparently is a promo sleeve for Chesterfield Cigarettes dated 1954
Record does not appear to have been played, though this is a visual observation.
Autographed in green writing: Best Wishes and Perry Como
Looks correct, but cannot verify the authenticity,  so selling as-is.
