PROMO-BEE GEES - I STARTED A JOKE/ WLP- ONE SIDED

When I saw this record I could not believe that it was one sided. I asked my dad if he had ever seen one like this before, and he said, he had only seen one, but only once before (not this record). I know there is a large group of “Vinyl Lovers” out there (me too), and I bet some of you have had that opportunity to see at least one (or even own one), but this is my first time getting to see one, so I am really excited to see how the auction goes. My dad thinks this could be one of the few records that may have been given to the ATCO executives, or maybe this was a release to a few of the major Eastern radio stations. We really don't know because there's no writing on the label. 

This recording is circa 1968, and the vinyl is graded a VG to VG+ with a few small surface scratches, but does not affect play. After listening to the record it starts out sounding VG-, but approximately 30 seconds into the record it become's a VG+ sound. The label is in good condition, and appears to be hand typed on a generic label, and then attached to the promo. 

The record reads as follows:

On the right hand side it reads: 45 RPM
