Description

Beautiful copy of the rare original 1973 pressing of the Prophets of Soul's Gregory James Edition LP on Dakar DK-76908. Produced by the great Willie Henderson in Chicago. This gorgeous soul instrumental LP has been used a lot for samples and breaks but is so much better heard on its own in the original, and this copy is the one to do it.. almost perfectly mint disc that plays flawlessly and beautifully. The sound is just incredible on this LP, which uses some audiophile "Ultra Range Soind Process", and it sounds like it. Incredible. The cover has only the lightest shelfwear and edgewear, and is also nearly perfect. There is a little wrinkle on the cover but it isn't a crease in the cardboard, just loose outer layer of paper, common on cheap labels like Brunswick (Dakar is a division of Brunswick). Anyhow this is a top copy and hard to beat.
