Disc is EX to Near MINT.

Sleeve overall in Excellent Condition, but does have some water damage to the spine (as pictured).

Clean labels.


I take a lot of care in packaging items with all items mailed in custom cardboard mailers to make sure the item arrives in the condition sent out. Discs are  taken out of the sleeve to stop them cutting the edges of the cover in transit.
