MYRECORDCOLLECTION is back after the Summer break with some more great and rare UK vinyl between now and Christmas! This is an M / EX copy of this hard to find UK BLUES LP by CHICKEN SHACK (featuring the wonderful Stan Webb on Guitar and vocals) - "100 TON CHICKEN", released in 1969 on the BLUE HORIZON RECORDS label - 7-63218 in STEREO. The non-laminated gatefold cover tells the colourful story of the band hunting in the woods and defeated by a chicken, only to come back from the dead to defeat their 'mighty' foe on the inner sleeve! The credits page feature four studio shots of the band that were also used on the cover of European singles at the time. Produced by Mike Vernon, this third LP is great and shows the band maturing as a musical force. The sleeve is MINT and the record has been played only a couple of times and is in great shape!
