on the liberty records label, stereo pressing, from 1967. 12 tracks. bizarre concept record from del shannon....from the back cover: "the intention of this album is not to confuse, but to illuminate the problems of being a real person and a pop star. in another place, at another time, charles westover became del shannon. in this album, the reality of charles westover emerges". a great piece of pop psych, from an unlikely person. tough one to find. cover is VG, with light ring wear, moderate seam wear, 2" split in bottom seam at center, and some light corner wear. vinyl is VG/VG+, with a couple light paper scuffs, and on light mark, not a "feeler" type, should play fine. vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI. email with any questions. check my other auctions...this week i'm offering all manner of PSYCH and ROCK records, some of them are extremely rare, and may not come up for sale again for some time. all records are original pressings unless noted otherwise. all records are shipped in dedicated record mailers, with cardboard inserts. i accept paypal and money orders only. buyer pays shipping. $5.00 priority within the US. $5.00 to canada. $11.00 to europe. $14.00 to japan and australia. please note that i will not ship surface overseas. thanks for looking and good luck.
