On side to dead wax is E-9 crossed out 1A5002 Re S-1265 Re

There’s some lite water damage. I provided close-ups. The front cover is an exceptional shape due to the shrink, but the upper right hand corner is slightly warped due to the subtle water damage. The back cover has some light discoloration. All visible in photographs.
