This is an ORIGINAL/FIRST print poster (approx. 14" x 20", and printed prior to the shows) that was used to promote a series of shows at the historic Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. These shows took place February 16-18, 1968, and featured the Youngbloods, Kaleidoscope & Mount Rushmore. The intensely psychedelic sixties image that adorns this poster was designed by William Henry, and is the 106th image in the Family Dog series. This beautiful poster has been very carefully preserved for over forty-five years, and is in very good condition. Pin holes are evidnt in the corners (see pictures)
