PUBLIC IMAGE LTD.-FIRST ISSUE 1979 VIRGIN RECORDS UK IMPORT LP V 2114 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! The stunning debut from John Lydon and Public Image Ltd. in this auction. Fresh from stint with the Sex Pistols, Johnny Rotten changed his name back to his original moniker and formed PIL. Still punk at heart but now encompassing both dub and New Wave PIL came out of the gate with a purpose. Tracks such as Theme, Religion I & II and Low Life all grace the grooves of this must own release. All fans of the band or the genre need this one in their collection!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just a very light scuff on side 2 that definitely does not hamper play at all, plays well throughout. The cover is import flimsy with minor wear along the edges and minor rubs on the corners. The original inner sleeve is intact. A fantastic buy!!
