Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
Here it is, the MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST WANTED pressing of their brilliant debut 7” from 1978. The legendary 'Made In Italy' release, issued in completely different picture sleeve. eBay prices: £101 + £102. Born in unique sleeve design. You are bidding on the first and definitely best 7” release by PUBLIC IMAGE aka PIL. As you know with the band is vocalist Johnny Rotten of the SEX PISTOLS. The starter includes excellent lyrics like:
You never listened to a word that I said
You only seen me from the clothes that I wear
Or did the interest go so much deeper?

Released on the ‘Virgin’ label in 1978 (catalogue number VIN 45020). The winner on the flip named ‘The Cowboy Song’. Don’t miss this true punk classic. The opening on the top of the sleeve is a bit used (see scan). That's the reason why I'm grading this rarity:

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of £20 or €25 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of £2 or €2,50.
