Description

Up for auction is a copy of Tribute To The Rolling Stones, by The Pupils, released in 1966 on Wing, cat no WL 1150. Cash-in album of Stones covers (and songs the Stones covered), performed by freakbeat giants The Eyes under a clever assumed name. Great stuff.

Condition: plenty of marks & scuffs on both sides, and a slow warp which plays through even at 2g. Sounds fine, providing you don’t mind clicks & pops. Labels have a large pen mark on side 1 and a very small tear or two on side 2. No cover, but I’ll include a plain white card cover. Well-used, but here’s a chance to get a very rare album for a low price.

My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
