On the label the cat.nr. appears as BT 5002.
Released on an aqua blue Morgan Blue Town label in a textured ''flipback'' cover.
Original inner sleeve is plastic lined white paper with blue print and date coded "RS 2-69" at bottom right, denoting it was pressed in February 1969 which correlates to it's release in March 1969.

Matrix / Runout: Side 1: "BT-5002.A-IG" Side 2: "BT-5002.B-IG" machine stamped at 6 o'clock, "JT" machine stamped at 12 o'clock both sides, "1" Machine stamped at 9 o'clock both sides, what resembles a "D" machine stamped at 3 o'clock both sides
Other: Rear bottom flap of cover, right hand side "Printed and made by Garrad & Lofthouse Ltd. Patent No. 943.895"
