This is a reasonably priced original 1965 U.S. Columbia Records 45 RPM record with its original Columbia Records stock company sleeve containing the female garage classic titled 'I Want Your Love' backed with 'The Rider' from The Pussycats. It is Columbia Records catalog number 4-43272, promo copy with a sticker to that effect on one label - There is one additional inscription on the promo label which does not appear in my accompanying image. Visually this record appears a bit rough, but it is one of those records which plays a lot better than it looks - Visual condition of record is a mid to high VG with a good amount of surface marks and scuffs which cannot be felt, none of which seem to affect play, and a rough area in the vinyl in the same area on both sides which appears to be a pressing defect, into which the music is pressed - Record plays through surprisingly nicely at a mid VG+ level with a minimal amount of light surface noise, no distracting ticks and no skips. Both labels have some contact wear as can be seen in my accompanying image,no other real flaws. Condition of Columbia Records stock company sleeve is a low VG+ with some fraying along the top edge, some slight wrinkles as can be seen in the accompanying image, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. This classic 45 would be a nice addition to any 1960s garage record collection!
