BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION IS AN AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS WITHIN !!!! up for auction is a copy of PYRAMIDS - PRIVATE PRESS AFRO JAZZ on LALIBELA ..PYRAMID # 3093-3. band is from YELLOW SPRINGS, OHIO. ...COVER...has no splits or writing. very slight, pinkish stain on front cover at top. top and bottom opening just starting to frey a bit. oversized back cover slick is freyed where it overlaps the spine. the spine is fully intact. DISC...played EX.................. PAYMENT by PAY-PAL, money order or by check with 25+ positive rating (payment by check does delay shipping). payment is due within 7 days of end of auction. U.S. SHIPPING - is $5.00 . INSURANCE....is $1.45. it is not required but i will not be responable for lost or damaged items if insurance is declined. OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. again, i do not require insurance, it must be requested. any item shipped without insurance is "AT BUYERS OWN RISK" and by bidding you are argreeing to these terms. non insured 1st class internation mail for this item is $14...............INSURED starts at about $22 and is slower than normal mail. i am sorry to do this but i was just forced to make a refund on 3 LPs by someone that suddenly isn't an ebay member any more and claims to not have recieved their items. in my almost 8 years on ebay, i have had 3 items ( 2 not insured now ) lost in the mail and never had anything damaged. i pride myself in my item description, packing & shipping times and i feel my feedback shows this to be true. i try to treat everyone as i would hope they would do me when i'm on the buiying side but fair is fair and the insurance is your choice.
