The heyday of Parliament (and Funkadelic) and all the players are here: George, Bootsy, Maceo, Bernie, Fred, Eddie and the rest of the Mothership Crew. If you never got to see the P-Funk during this time, this will give you a true taste of how powerful that corporation was! These albums are on thick vinyl (doesn't say 180g but i would say they are). Songs on album 1 side 1:P-Funk (wants to get funked up), up for the down stroke, bop gun (endangered species), dr. funkenstein's super-groovalistic prosifunkstication medley: let's take it to the state stage/take you dead ass home (say som'n nasty) live version. side 2: mothership connection (starchild), dr. funkenstein, testify, mr. wiggles. Songs on album 2 side 1: aqua boogie, all your goodies are gone, do that stuff, party people. side 2: prelude, give up the funk (tear the roof off the sucker), chocolate city, funkentelechy. Songs on album 3 side 1: theme from the black hole, the big bang theory, children of production (live version), flash light. Songs on side 2: ride on, fantasy is reality, rumpofsteelskin, agony of defeet, funkin' for fun. For nearly 30 years old, these albums are in great shape AND sound fanfunkentastic!
