RETURN POLICIES
- Vinyl Records & Import Records are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Customer should contact the manufacturer regarding any defects related to this item.
- Please contact MOWC before returning item (unauthorized returns shall not be processed).
- To qualify for any refund, the product must be UNOPENED and returned within 15 days of checkout. Goods must be returned in the original box, in PERFECT condition, unused, no seals broken and with no missing parts.
- Buyer responsible for return shipping & handling fees and are not refundable.
- In the event of an exchange the delivery & handling cost will be paid by the Buyer.
- Unfortunately MOWC does not accept returns of the type item(s): Health & Beauty, perishable, intimate apparel, vinyl records, OPENED, WORN, WASHED and/or USED item(s).
- MOWC reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
- Upon receipt of your order if the shipping package shows visible damage, please refuse the delivery so it will be returned to sender and contact MOWC immediately.
