Pat Boone sings guess who?Original OZ LP released in 1963 on London Records. Cat: HAA8109. This album is in MONO.
You don't need to check the track listing to figure out the identity of "guess who" on this 1963 tribute album from Pat Boone. The picture on the cover says it all. Decked out in a glittering gold suit, gold shoes, and gold tie with his head cocked back and holdin' his guitar, Boone looks like he means serious business. But right from the start it is clear that the business he means is not rock & roll a la Elvis Presley. No, when Boone and the folks at Dot Records decided to go ahead with this Elvis tribute album, they wisely decided that it was not going to be Boone's imitation of Elvis. What they did decide was to try something entirely new and different. Employing the jazz arrangements of Paul Smith and with the backing of his jazz octet, these familiar Presley hits are given an entirely unfamiliar treatment. The plan works quite well on "Love Me," "Teddy Bear," "All Shook Up," and "Blue Suede Shoes."

Record has some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Cover has light ring wear, a few light pen marks and surface tears and a 3cm seam split on bottom centre edge and is in VG condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
