Cover is VG+ (above average) with light even front shelf wear. The back cover is VG (average) with yellowing and a little more shelf wear. No creased corners, writing or stickers. Two Ink stamps on the back cover. 
The record is Near Mint with no wear on one side to Excellent on the other with trace wear. Excellent gloss and shine. No writing or stickers. Deep Groove
