Description
Extremely rare 1977 album on the ultra-collectable Folk Heritage label.
This is FHR 094 and the first album by a stalwart of the Lancashire folk scene. Here Pat (a female!) sings and plays guitar and she is supported by Paul Downes on guitar, mandolin, banjo & vocals, Phil Beer on guitar, fiddle, mandolin, viola, bass & vocals and Chris Parkinson on accordian, melodian, concertina and vocals. It's produced by Alan Green and the tracks are -

All the output of the Folk Heritage label is collectable but the early issues, such as this one, when the label was putting out the best of British folk music, are particularly sought after. They were issued in very small quantities and were mainly sold at gigs in small folk clubs - hence their rarity today.
This copy is in very nice condition. The cover - which is textured - is pristine and the disc is nice & shiny with no noticeable defects.
