Patti Smith

1975 Debut Masterpiece

‘HORSES’

In Good Vinyl Condition

Good vinyl condition of a true landmark album of proto Punk music

and poetry by the iconic Patti Smith. The 1975 ‘Horses’ LP is considered

a masterpiece and one of the most influential albums in the history of

American punk rock. Produced by John Cale, founding member of

The Velvet Underground, the album has become a major benchmark

for punk, post-punk, and alternative rock acts all over the world.

With eight amazing tracks and everyone a winner;

Side One

1. “Gloria” (Part I: “In Excelsis Deo”; Part II: “Gloria (Version)”)

2. “Redondo Beach”

3. “Birdland”

4. “Free Money”

Side Two

5. “Kimberly”

6. “Break It Up”

7. “Land” (Part I: “Horses”; Part II: “Land of a Thousand Dances”; Part III: “La Mer(de)”

8. “Elegie”

Truly a terrific rare find and keepsake of this original, out of print record on the

Arista Records label and with the catalog number AL 4066 and the beautiful

black and white Robert Mapplethorpe portrait of Patti on the cover jacket.

Experience the music the way it was meant to be heard in all the warm tones

of its analog quality stereophonic vinyl sound and not the inferior audio of MP3s.
