Description
This is ESP-Disk 1008, Paul Bley Barrage, a red label, original mono issue, with ESP -1008A / B and the ear squiggle in the dead wax, featuring Marshall Allen, Dewey Johnson, Eddie Gomez and Milford Graves. The record is near mint showing almost no signs of wear. The labels are perfect. The black textured cover with paper fold over art / notes wrap has a small name stamp on the back but is otherwise excellent and intact, showing the 180 Riverside Dr. address. A wonderful collector's grade copy of this rare original issue, offered with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
