Description

This lovely piano trio LP from 1965 features Paul Bley on piano with Kent Carter on bass and Barry Altschul on drums. It was recorded in Copenhagen and contains three songs composed by Annette Peacock (including the title track), two composed by Paul Bley and one by Carla Bley.

The Penguin Guide to Jazz said "the playing was superb ... Carter and Altschul offer solid support but the focus is on the piano." This is the mono version released on the Danish Fontana label 688 808 ZL.

Copies of this LP have sold on Discogs for an average price of £59. We have moved house, and no longer have the ability to play or the space to house my collection of jazz and free-jazz LPs, so I am starting this auction at a very reasonable £30.

The LP will be carefully packaged in a special LP mailer and sent within the UK by first-class recorded delivery for a postage and packing charge of £6.95.
