Paul Chambers Sextet Whims Of Chambers Blue Note 1534 Lexington Ave label deep groove frame cover

"767 Lexington Ave" label with deep groove, "RVG" and "P" aka "The Ear" in the run outs on both sides. The record is "Flat Edge". The cover is "frame" style without printing on spine and "767 Lexington Ave., New York 21" address on back cover.
Record looks and plays solid VG+. Plays enjoyably without distortion but with some light to moderate noise. Side 1 has 2 small "needle drop" scratches with the grooves on Track 1 that tick below the music a few times. There's also a few small scuffs. Side 2 looks near VG++ with some light scuffs. No long or deep scratches on either side. There's some spindle marks and light wear type noise audible below the level of the music during quiet parts. Grooves show some wear but do not look spread or damaged.
The cover is VG.
The front cover has 3 tears where slick is missing, moderate to heavy wear with a dent at the bottom near the pocket. The back cover has heavy wear and hint of ring wear. Bottom seam split and untaped app 7 inches at the pocket. Top seams is split app 2 inches at the pocket. Seams and spine are heavily worn. Spots of heavy wear and denting at the corners.
