Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Paul Chambers “Whims of Chambers” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 1534.  The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with normal inaudible storage splotching; small inaudible scuff on the first track of Side 2.  The coated Lexington Ave. frame cover is also in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; light rubbing along the bottom seam; two small ink marks at the top corners of the back slick.  Personnel include Donald Byrd, John Coltrane, Kenny Burrell, Horace Silver, and Philly Joe Jones.  $1000.00.
