Description

Great copy of this rare and ultra cool 1970 jazz LP featuring ace saxophonist Paul Gonsalves, who came to prominence as part of Duke Ellington's band, backed by top notch names like Stan Tracey (piano), Kenny Wheeler (trumpet), Alan Branscombe (piano), Kenny Napper (bass) and Benny Goodman (drums). 
The front laminated sleeve is in great order - just some tiny creases near the spine and a hint of ringwear. 
The vinyl is bright and glossy and while there are one or two marks these have little impact on the audio, which is loud, clear and warm. Minimal surface noise, a handful of tics and that's it. 
Side 1 red and white Deram label has a touch of bubbling, while there is a 'sample record' label on Side 2. 
Original blue and white lined Decca inner in VG++ condition. 
Rarely seen, great copy. Nice find for jazz collectors.
